an insurance fraud investigation into a fellow officer earlier this year, have
filed suit against Union City.
According to their filing, former patrol officers Ashley Thompson, Randy O'Dell and David Jones claim after they blew the whistle on fellow Patrolman Michael Hogg, they were retaliated against and fired.
In December of last year, Hogg was arrested after TBI agents said he filed a false insurance claim an a 4-wheeler and collected on it.
The three other officers were accused of knowing about the alleged fraud and doing nothing about it.
