Eighth Fort Worth police officer indicted in ticket scandal


Another Fort Worth police officer has been indicted in a traffic ticket scandal.Ronald Joseph Wigginton, 44, of Burleson was indicted Wednesday by a Tarrant County grand jury on 16 counts of tampering with a government record in an attempt to commit fraud, a state jail felony. He is also charged with one count of theft by a public servant, a third-degree felony.
