FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) - Authorities say they've arrested an off-duty Fond du Lac police officer following a hit-and-run.
Police say Kyle Strands hit a parked car around 2 a.m. Friday, then fled the scene.
A witness reported the incident to police.
Strands was arrested for suspicion of OWI and cited for hit-and-run causing property damage.
No one was injured. Strands, who's a 12-year veteran of the Fond du Lac Police Department, has been placed on administrative leave.
