The supervisors give the cops a budget of almost $400 million a year, an air force, a navy, drones and permission to read your license plates info without due cause or your consent
and they overlook the occasional murder of unarmed citizens….see how that works?

So are the roadblocks and speed traps to enforce the law or make money for the County government?

Zepp used near lethal force, using his body parts and a weapon against and unarmed woman with a known spinal cord injury, on an animal control issue where her daughter’s pony escaped their fence due to Dep Zepp’s friends setting off professional grade, rocket propelled, illegal fireworks. Wreckless endangerment is also noted on charging document requested felony assault and battery due to Zepp efforts to engage in, then cover up his attack of Michelle Lane.
