 Dallas police officer suspended after drunk driving arrest
A Dallas police officer is suspended with pay after her arrest for drunk driving.
Nicole Thomas works at the southeast patrol station and was arrested in Seagoville for an accident in March. Investigators say Thomas caused an accident on Highway 175 and then left the scene. She was found shortly after and arrested. Court documents show Thomas' blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit. Thomas is on administrative leave as internal affairs investigates the matter.
