Lee County, Florida: A deputy was arrested and charged with robbery. The victim accepted a ride back to his residence from the officer, but the officer didn’t drive the victim home, instead he drove to a nearby location. Once they arrived there, the victim was battered and robbed by the officer. In a statement, the Sheriff said, “words simply can’t express my disgust and disbelief.
